     The Inclusive International Music Festival “Solar Music” is a unique project in which the wildest dreams of people with mental disabilities and their friends about music, creativity and friendship are realized.

     From March 22, 2019 to March 24, 2019 the First Inclusive Music International Festival were held in Moscow. Participants from 4 countries took part in the Festival: Lithuania, Moldova, Iran and Russia. Musicians with mental disabilities and their friends gave a standout performance and also received unforgettable experience of cultural program - they got acquainted with Moscow sights, visited KHL hockey match as a part of “Playoff”games.


     Project idea is to create an international inclusive music community whose participants are both ordinary and disabled people.

    The limitless possibilities of music is to open up multifaceted prospects of social adaptation and rehabilitation of people with mental disorders in any country in the world.

     Since 2013 the Inclusive Orchestra “Sunny Notes”  has successfully implemented these ideas in Russia.


   Festival goals is to attract public attention to the development of musical education for people with mental disabilities.

     Direction for implementing:

  • Creation of favorable social conditions for inclusive interaction of people with mental disabilities through musical art;

  • Concert activity of inclusive musical groups;

  • Inclusive social and cultural events (seminars, masterclasses, trainings, etc.);

  • Intercultural inclusive interaction;
